After the excavator works for a long time, the rollers, track shoe bolts, driving wheel bolts, travel piping bolts and other components are easily loosened due to vibration. Continuing to operate the equipment with the track shoe bolts loose may create a gap between the bolts and the track shoe, which could lead to cracks in the track shoe. The generation of clearance may also enlarge the bolt holes between the track and the rail link, making it impossible to fasten it, resulting in the consequence that the track and the track link must be replaced.
