1.Track Roller
In the work should try to avoid heavy wheel long time immersion in mud.
After the work is completed every day, the single track should be lifted, and the driving motor will get rid of the dirt, gravel and other debris on the track.
The construction in winter must keep the dry of Track Roller, because there is a floating seal between the outer wheel and the shaft of Track Roller. If there is water, it will become ice at night, and the contact between the seal and the ice will be scratched and lead to oil leakage when operating the mobile excavator the next day.

Track Roller damage will cause a lot of failures, such as walking deviation, walking weakness, etc.

2.Carrier Roller
The Carrier Roller is located above the X frame, and its function is to keep the linear movement of the chain rail. If the Carrier Roller is damaged, the track chain rail can not keep the straight line.

The Carrier Roller is a one-time injection of lubricating oil, if there is oil leakage, it can only be replaced with a new one. In the work, the heavy wheel should be avoided as far as possible to soak in mud for a long time, and the X frame inclined platform should be kept clean at ordinary times, and the accumulation of soil and gravel should not hinder the rotation of the sprocket.

3.Front Idler
The Front Idler is located in front of the X frame, which is composed of the Front Idler and the tension spring installed inside the X frame.
In the process of operation and walking to keep the Front Idler in front, so as to avoid the abnormal wear of the chain rail, the tightening spring can also absorb the impact of the road in the work to reduce wear.

4.the driving wheel
The driving wheel is located in the rear of the X frame, because it is directly fixed on the X frame, there is no shock absorption function, if the driving wheel in the front walk not only on the driving gear ring and chain rail have abnormal wear, but also have adverse effects on the X frame, X frame may appear early cracking and other problems.
The protection plate of the walking motor can protect the motor. At the same time, some soil and gravel will enter the internal space, which will wear the oil pipe of the walking motor. The water in the soil will corrode the oil pipe joint, so the protection plate should be opened regularly to clean the dirt inside.

5.track
Track is mainly composed of track plate and chain rail section, track plate is divided into standard plate and extended plate. The standard plate is used for earthwork condition, and the extended plate is used for wetland condition.
The wear and tear of the track plate in the mine is serious. When walking, the gravel will sometimes get stuck in the gap between the two plates. When it is turned to contact with the ground, the two plates will be squeezed, and the track plate is prone to bending and deformation.
The chain rail section is rotated by the gear ring driven by contact with the driving gear ring. Track tightening too tight will cause chain rail joints, gear ring and guide wheel early wear. Therefore, according to the construction of different road conditions, the need to adjust the track tension.
